On September 27, 2019, Coates Construction was awarded a $9.3 Million all-trades contract to construct the New Center for Community Services for the City of Westlake in Westlake, Ohio. The architect for the project is DS Architecture of Kent, Ohio.

Work is underway in Erie, Pennsylvania on the $30 Million addition to the historic Warner Theatre. Coates Construction is performing the $14 Million general trades contract.

Coates Construction is performing masonry work at the new Crystal Orthopaedic Clinic in Fairlawn, Ohio as a subcontractor to Turner Construction. The new 3-story building includes 150,000 SF and an accessible open courtyard at the 3rd level.

Coates Construction is the low bidder on Contract B for the City of Warren WPCC and Pump Stations Phase 1 improvements. This $13.5 Million contract includes multi phased improvements to the Main Pump Station & South Leavitt Pump Station.

Coates Construction is performing the $15 Million general trades contract on this “best value” project for Pennsylvania DGS. In a “best value” project, both price and qualifications are considered in determining award.
