On September 27, 2019, Coates Construction was awarded a $9.3 Million all-trades contract to construct the New Center for Community Services for the City of Westlake in Westlake, Ohio. The architect for the project is DS Architecture of Kent, Ohio.

Coates Construction is performing masonry work at the new Crystal Orthopaedic Clinic in Fairlawn, Ohio as a subcontractor to Turner Construction. The new 3-story building includes 150,000 SF and an accessible open courtyard at the 3rd level.
